week, July 21-27. Feel free to improvise or to adjust activities to fit your
family's preferences, skills and time allotment.

4 Scallions, Thinly Sliced

2 oz Olive Oil

1/2 lb Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced

6 oz Tomato Paste
•
12 oz Whole Tomatoes (Canned)

1/2 teas Pepper

4 Garlic Cloves, Crushed

16 oz Ground Beef or Sausage
•
1 teas Oregano

cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Monday: Crayons or colored pencils
Tuesday: Paper, pencils, pens
Wednesday:
Pretzel rods
Chocolate chips
Vegetable oil
Hershey kisses
Wafer cookies
Thursday:
Cardboard tube with one end sealed shut for each child (can be different sizes. Potato crisp cans, mailing tubes and oatmeal containers work well.
Metal spring or coils
Empty cereal box (or the caps to the mailing tubes)
Hot glue gun
Decorative craft paper (large enough to cover the tube)
Glue stick or clear tape
Friday: Stamps, envelopes, paper, markers
